Director Thatcher replied that not much will be going on in the next few months, and Brian Hoffman could handle the inspections. Clerk/Administrator Pauley stated he would work out the details with Director Thatcher and make sure the majority of the Public Works Foreman's time is spent with Public Works. Mayor Links stated the Council would likely be meeting with Staff in late January or early February, for the annual goal setting session. Motion/Second: Linke/Haake that the Council search for a professional consultant to donduct a management organization evaluation of City Staff, and have Councilmember Hankner conduct a search for a consultant and make a proposal and recommendation to the Council by January 1, 1987. 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried A
