Report of Publi <br />Works/Community <br />Development Dir <br />Attorney Meyers asked the Council to reconsider the 16 <br />action they had taken earlier on the Red Oak Park <br />development, since it is their intent to have Staff <br />talk further with the developer. He asked that they <br />make a motion to have the matter referred back to <br />Staff for further negotiations with the developer. <br />Motion/Second: Quick/Wuori to reconsider the <br />motion on Resolution No. 2153. <br />4 ayes 0 nays <br />Motion/Second: Quick/Blanchard to table this item <br />and send back to Staff for reconsideration. <br />4 ayes 0 nays <br />Attorney Meyers updated the Council on actions taken <br />recently regarding the Williams Pipeline case. He <br />reported the court is allowing them to reopen and <br />operate, not exceeding 900 lbs. pressure in the line. <br />He pointed out, however, that these are preliminary <br />findings and there will be a trial in the future <br />regarding a permanent injunction. <br />Attorney Meyers reported the NTSB has not completed <br />their investigation of the accident yet, and he is <br />not certain what their timeline is. He added the <br />Office of Pipeline Safety is also conducting an <br />investigation, and he feels their findings will be <br />valuable to the City. <br />Attorney Meyers reaffirmed that the Council wants to <br />diligently pursue the removal or replacement of the <br />pipeline, and will continue to work for that. <br />Report of <br />Attorney <br />Motion Carried <br />Motion Carried <br />Councilmember Blanchard reported the Fair Share 17.
