The Developer shall remove any accessory buildings, <br />existing playground equipment, existing sidewalk, <br />existing bituminous, and other miscellanous equipment <br />from the site by July 1, 1907. <br />24. On each lot a single family house shall be constructed. <br />25. The Developer shall furnish a $1,000 security for 7 years <br />to guarantee the ponding area and control structure. <br />26. The City may reduce the Developer's security deposit as <br />substantial completion of Red Oak Park plat occurs. <br />27. The Developer's Engineer shall inspect the utility <br />construction. The inspection services shall include an <br />on -site inspector for all underground utility <br />construction. Inspection reports shall be submitted to <br />the City. The Developer shall pay for the inspection <br />services. <br />20. Completion and City approval of the installaEion of <br />public improvements shall be no later August 1, 1987. <br />® 29.
