This memo answers that question. The Storm Water <br />and Wetland Management Plan estimated total cost is <br />$2,692,000.00. A one mill tax levy provides $57,507 of revenue. <br />A 2-1/2 mill tax levy provides $143,767.50 (use $143,700) <br />revenue to the City. The estimated number of years to complete <br />the Storm Water and Wetland Management Plan is 18.7 years <br />($2,692,000/$143,700). In addition, assuming a 1 mill tax levy, <br />the estimated number of years to complete the plan is 46.8 years <br />($2,692,000/$57,507). <br />SWT/bac <br />
