At no time shall compensatory time be <br />allowed to accumulate in excess of 240 hours. - <br />b Com ensatory time shall not be given to exempt <br />employees. <br />A payment for accrued compensatory time upon termination - s� <br />of employment shall be calculated at the average rate of pay for <br />the final 3 years of employment, or the final regular rate <br />received by the employee, whichever is higher. r <br />SECTION III.
