RESOLUTION No. 2224 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING MINOR SUBDIVISION, WILLIAM R. ZWIEG, 5309 - <br />GREENFIELD AVENUE <br />WHEREAS, William R. Zwieg, 5309 Gregnfield Avenue has <br />requested approval of a minor subdivision creating two lots of <br />equal size, i.e. 132' x 135'; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has reviewed - <br />the minor. subdivision and determined that it is in compliance <br />with all applicable City Codes and recommends approval by means <br />of Resolution No. 198-87. <br />NCW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the <br />City of Mounds View approves the minor subdivisiun request of <br />William R. Zwieg of 1309 Greenfield Avenue. <br />Adopted this loth day of August, 1.987. <br />Mayor <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />
