Staff proposes that the hearing <br />scheduled for 7:05 p.m. September 14, 1987 to consider delinquent <br />utility accounts be expanded to include delinquent tree removal' <br />- <br />charees. <br />r RECOMMENDATION: Council authorize sending notices to persons <br />having delinquent forestry invoices and to authorize the holding <br />of a public hearing at 7:05 P.M.
