RESOLUTION NO. 2230 <br />CITY OF hOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION CLOSING THE WATER BOND FUND AND TRANSFERRING ITS <br />FUNDS TO THE GENERAL FUND <br />WHEREAS, the Water Bond Fund was astablished to account <br />for the collection of taxes and special assessments levied in <br />connection with the issuance of Water Improvement Bonds of 1960 <br />and to account for the debt service on daid bonds; and <br />WHEREAS, the final payment of principle and interest on said <br />bonds was made in 1982; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Mounds View that its obligation to holders of Water <br />Improvement Bonds of 1960 has been satisfied as a result of <br />making all payments of principle and interest pursuant to the <br />bond indenture; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View that the Finance Director is hereby directed to close <br />the Water bond Fund and to transfer all ass9ts of the Fund to the <br />City's General Fund. <br />Adopted this day of <br />ATTEST: <br />Mayor <br />, 1987. <br />(SEAL) <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />
