RESOLUTION NO. 2225 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RBSOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR - <br />WILLARD AND MARVIS HARD, 7545 PLEASANT VIEW DRIVE, <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE NO. 218-8^. <br />�t <br />WHEREAS, Willard and Marvis Haro, 7545 Pleasant View Drive <br />have requested a conditional use permit to allow the construction <br />of a 400 square foot storage building; and <br />WHEREAS, Mounds View Municipal Code, Chapter 40.10, <br />Subdivision C, (2), c. pre^ides the maximum size of an accessory <br />building in an R-1 district shall be 216 square feet unless a <br />Conditional Use Permit is awarded by the City; and <br />WHEREAS, Mounds View Municipal Code, Chapter 40.10; Subdi- <br />vison D, (F!, (a) throagh (a) provides that an acceusory building <br />may be permitted up to 400 square feet once said building is a <br />permanent structure and is designed and maintained to provide a <br />uniform appearance with the principle dwelling unit; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission recommends <br />approval of the request. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br />City of Mounds View approves a conditional use permit for the <br />construction of a 400 square foot accessory building on the <br />property identified as 7545 Pleasant View Drive conditioned upon <br />the following: <br />1. The use of the building shall be limited to storage <br />of domestic cupply and non-commercial and recreational <br />equipment as provided in Municipal Code Chapter 40.10, <br />Lt <br />Subdivision C, <br />2. No improved driving surface or apron shall be installed <br />to the building. <br />3. Any vehicle stored in the building must be licensed with <br />the Minnesota Department of Transportation as a collector <br />or vintage vehicle. <br />4. The building must be a permanent structure designed and <br />maintained to provide uniform appearance with the <br />dwelling unit. <br />5. The conditional use permit, if issued, be filed with <br />Ramsey County for recording on the title of the subject <br />property. <br />
