Motion/Second: Blanchard/l:arkner to approve the first reading of ordinance No. 427, repealing Chapter 20, : ulic Improvement Revolving Fund, -and waive the reading. 5 ayes 0 nays Attorney Meyers had no report. Mayor Linke reported the Park and Rec department had hosted the State womens+slow pitch softball tournament the past waekend and it had gone very well, thanks to the Park and Rec department and Public Works department. It was the concensus of the Council to continue discussion Mr. Povlitzzki'srequest for a liquor license at -;he September 8 agenda session. Clerk/Administrator Pauley reviewed the bids received recently for the Public Works garage addition. Mayor Linke pointed out that all the savings would be based on the Public Works crew doing the specified work and he asked if Staff has the time to do that amount of work. 16. Motion of ordinance .
