(Designate a Contact Person to wrrespoad with The <br />League and the Cities Wec'r. S,bcommillec) <br />B. Committee made up of city council members wh21 <br />o delegate <br />Specific responsibiUtics to volunteers. Volunteers may be citor <br />school officials; business people; yor civic, church, or citizen <br />repr"catatives. (Designate a confect person.) <br />C' Committee made up of city council and city Clerk (or <br />other staff members) with the clerk as the designated Cities Week <br />coordinator m.d League contact Irrsor., <br />D. A joint cemenittee made up of several neighbcring <br />communities would plan a joint celebration. (This would be <br />especially effective if a school district covers more than city.) Each 4 <br />city would have two or three representatives on the committee but <br />would designate only one contact person. <br />E. Any organizational structure you chooic. <br />If.
