I <br />find that the filling does not infringe upon the 901 flood level <br />as predicted in the flood plain study. <br />Relative to the epecific grading proposed, I recommend that tho <br />elevation at location 18 be left as it exists today, except that <br />a drainage swale be defined between points 18 and 12 so that the <br />property to tLe north can continue to drain. Point 18 is <br />currently a low point along the north property line of subject <br />property. <br />Specific grades between t:.e front of the hour= end Long ;eke Road <br />are not shown on the plan.
