Public Hearing:',. <br />opened the public hearing at 7:05 PM. <br />Vacation of <br />Skiba Avenue,-:.: <br />Liberty Street,,_;: <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley reviewed the request of <br />and Utility <br />Everest Development for the vacation of Skiba Avenue, <br />Easements within' <br />Liberty Street and utility easements within the <br />Vacated Right-- <br />vacated right-of-way of Raymond Avenue, which is needed <br />of -Way of <br />for the development of the Mounds View Business Park. <br />Raymond Pvenue;;,.. <br />Tim Nelson, of Everest Development, reviewed their <br />request for the vacation, and presented overhead <br />projections of the area, showing the property in <br />-- <br />question. <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauldy noted Everest Development <br />will be providing the necessary easements for the <br />utilities and roadways for the project. <br />Acting Mayor Blanchard closed the public hearing and <br />reopened the regular meeting at 7:11 PM. <br />City Planner. Herman reported the Planning Commission <br />9. Consideration of <br />had approved the conditional use permit request of <br />Conditional Use <br />Mr. DeGross in October, and it was before the Council <br />Permit for <br />at their October 26 meeting, but it was tabled at <br />oversized <br />that time as there had been comments received from <br />Accesoory Build_' <br />residents who e,P-s against it, and Mr. DeGross had <br />inc, P.mbrose <br />not been present at that time to answer the questions. <br />DeGross, 8120 <br />She added that Staff still recommends approval of <br />Edgewood Drive` <br />the conditional use permit. <br />Mr. DeGross had no comments to make, and asked the <br />Council if he could build the oversize building. <br />Councilmember Hankner stated the reason the Council <br />had tabled action at their last meeting was they <br />wanted an opportunity to meet with Mr. DeGross as ;' 1 <br />there had been opposition expressed by neighbors, V <br />who werr- concerned with the way Mr. DeGross's <br />property is maintained presently. She noted, however, <br />that those people were not present now. <br />
