ORDINANCE NO. 429 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANACE NO. 419 VACATING <br />EASEMENTS JIM LUND SECOND AUDITION <br />The City Council of the City of Mounds View does <br />hereby ordain: <br />SECTION I. That Ordinance No.419 erroneously called <br />for the vacation of a 66 foot wide road right-of-way <br />easement in Block 2, Jim Lund Second Addition. <br />SECTION II. The easement to be vacated is a 33 foot <br />easement on Lot I and part of Lot 2 as well as a 20 foot <br />drainage easement on Lots 2, 3,4, and 5 of Jim Lund Second <br />- <br />Addition. <br />SECTION III. Ordinance No. 419 is hereby amended to <br />vacate a 33 foot easement in Lot 1 and part of Lot 2 and a <br />20 foot drainage easement in Lots 2, 3, 4, and 5 of Jim Lund <br />Second Addition. <br />SECTION IV.
