RESOLUTION NO. 2241 <br />f CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />h COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting_ of <br />the City Council of the City of Mounds View, Minnesota, was <br />held at the City Hall, on September 28, 1987 with the <br />following members present: <br />and the following members absent: <br />Member introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION CERTIFYING THE 1988 BONDS AND INTEREST TAX LEVY <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds <br />; <br />View, Minnesota, as follows: <br />- <br />1. That the bonds and interest tax levy scheduled <br />for 1988 for the General Obligation Water Revenue <br />Bonds of 1969, now called the 1976 General Obli- <br />gation Refunding Bonds is: $11,600.00 <br />F� <br />2. That there is now on hand in and is hereby <br />Irrevocably appropriated to the sinking fund for <br />the retirement of principal and interest on the <br />General Obligation Water Revenue Bonds of 1969 now <br />;^ <br />called the 1976 General Obligation Refunding Bonds <br />the sum of: $ 2,900.00 <br />InaL the County Auditor of Ramsey County is hereby <br />requested and directed to reduce by $2,900.00 the <br />taxes levied for collection in the next ensuing <br />year for payment of said principal and interest, <br />V`r <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 475.61. <br />3. That the County Auditor of Ramsey is hereby <br />- <br />requested and directed to levy upon taxable property <br />in the City of Mounds View the sum of $8,700.00 <br />for the pey...ent of said principal and interest of <br />said bonds. <br />
