RESOLUTION NO. 2253 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO THE <br />SUPERAMERICA AND SILVER VIEW PLAZA DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, Kraus -Anderson Development Corporation has <br />submitted an amendment to the development agreements for <br />Superamerica, 2640 County Road I, and Silver View Plaza, 2540 <br />Highway 10, for a bypass between the two parking lots; and <br />WHEREAS, Staff and Planning Commission have undertaken <br />extensive review of the proposal; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has detarmined that both <br />developments will have the required amount of parking spaces per <br />the development agreements; and <br />WHEREAS, the bypass will facilitate the traffic flow <br />between the two developments; and <br />WHEREAS, the bypass will aide in alleviating traffic in <br />the surrounding residential areas, and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that the <br />bypass is in conformance with all Municipal Codes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the City Council of the <br />City of Mounds View approves the revised site plan including the <br />bypass between Superamerica and Silver View Plaza. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />Adopted this 12th day of October, 1987. <br />Mayor <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />
