Call to order <br />to order by Mayor Links at 7:01 p.m. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Linke, Quick, <br />2. Roll Call <br />Oankner, Wuori. Blanchard was absent. <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Clerk-Administratortstrator Fauley. <br />_ <br />Clerk -Administrator Pauley reviewed the <br />current status of the Metropolitan <br />Council's concerns with respect to the data <br />''`' <br />contained in the final Environmental Impact <br />Statement for Moun:;s View Business Park <br />which included a letter received on <br />September 8 from a Staff member of the <br />Metropolitan Council indicating that the <br />data provided by the Developer adequately <br />addressed their concerns and requests <br />that the City maintain a vigilant status <br />with respect to any future development and <br />its impact upon possible degradation of the <br />Long Lake system. <br />The Council was presented with Resolution <br />} <br />No. 2232 regarding adequacy of the Fiial <br />Environmental Impact Statement, Mounds <br />View Business Park and recommended its <br />approval. <br />MOTION/SECOND: <br />3.
