Call to Order <br />Mayor Linke at 7:03 PM on Monday, September 14, 1987. <br />The Fledge of Allegiance was said. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Wuori, Quick, <br />Hankner, Blanchard and Mayor Linkc. <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Meyers and Clerk/ <br />Admin— stiator Pauley. <br />Motion/Second: Quick/Blanchard to approve the <br />August 24, 1987 minutes as presented. <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Motion/Second: Wuori/Hankner to approve the . <br />September 8, 1987 minutes as presented. <br />4 ayes 0 nays 1 abstention <br />Councilmember Blanchard abstained from the vote as <br />she Lad not been present at that meeting. <br />There were no residents requests or comments from <br />the floor. <br />Mayor Linke closed the regular meeting and opened <br />the public hearing at 7:05 PM. <br />ClerY/Alministrator. Pauley presented the Council <br />with .espies of a letter received at City Hall earlier <br />in the day from the St. Pa-il Audubon Society, stating <br />their opposition to this development. <br />2.
