Erlandson, Principal <br />Tentative Design Day Schedule <br />November 18, 1987 <br />8:00 a.m. Arrival of Leathera at Pinewood, 5500 Quincy <br />Street, Mounds View <br />8:15 a.m. Meet with Principal, P.E. teacher, committee <br />coordinators, euatodian to select site, <br />review day's schedule, discuss playground <br />content and measure site. <br />P9:15 a.m. Meet with children - 2 or 3 classrooms at a <br />time - 13 minutes with each group. <br />•10:30 or <br />11:00 a.m. Draw up rough schematic design. Set up will <br />be in school cafeteria so children can come <br />to table in groups of 15. The architect will <br />describe plans and secure additional ideas. <br />2:00 p.m. Meet with children's committee. <br />3:00 p.m. Meet with teachers and committee. <br />5:15 p.m. Finish drawing of schematic design. <br />,,.7:30 p.m. Open meeting with parents and community <br />representatives.
