RAES, 7715 EASTWOOD ROAD <br />MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE NO. 225-87 <br />Robert W. Raes, 7715 Eastwood Road, has applied for a conditional <br />use permit to construct a 14' x 22' building in the rear of his <br />property as identified in the Planning Commission packet of <br />September 18 which all Council members received. <br />The Planning Commission approved the conditional use permit at <br />their October 7, 1987, meeting (Resolution No. 204-87). The City <br />Council at their next regular session set the public hearing for <br />October 26, 1987. The notice of public hearing was mailed to all <br />property owners within 350 feet of the Raes property and was <br />published in the New Brighton Bulletin in accordance with City <br />Code. <br />Staff have reviewed the application and found it to be consistent <br />with the requirements of the City Zoning Code and, therefore, <br />recommend approval of the conditional use permit for said =s <br />oversized accessory building with the conditions that have been <br />placed on similar applications that have recently been approved. <br />R.7H/bac <br />Attachments <br />
