C' <br />MEMO TO: MAYOR AND CITY COW <br />FROM: CLERK-ADMINISTRAT <br />DATE: OCTOBER 16, 1987 <br />SUBJECT: E SUBURBAN S ANNUAL <br />AWARDS INNERANDSILLENT AUCTION <br />The Northwest Suburban Youth Service Bureau will be <br />conducting their second annual awards dinner and silent <br />auction on thq evening of Thursday, November 12th beginning <br />at 5:30 p.m. at the Shoreview Plaza Hotel. <br />As the City's representative on the Board of Directors for <br />this organization I have been requested to determine the <br />level of interest on the part of individual Councilmembers <br />with respect to attendance at this dinner. The price of the <br />individual ticket is $14.00 which includes the dinner, <br />silent auction and a program. The prograa will be to <br />recognize this year's recipients of the Service to Youth <br />Awards who are: <br />- William "Bill" Barnes, retired Ramsey County Deputy <br />Sheriff, Sargeant <br />- Dan Beal, member of the North Suburban Kiwanis and <br />retired Roseville Area Schools, teacher/adminsitrator <br />- Sandra Turbis, senior year student at Mounds View <br />Senior High School <br />- Tom Regleitner, retired Mounds View Public Schools <br />teacher and coach <br />It would be appreciated if you would advise me of your <br />interest in attending this dinner no later than November 2. <br />DFP/mjs <br />
