She stated the Forester is planning on meeting with the home owners that border Silver View Lake on November 17, and will give.�them recommendations on what the City would like to see for landscaping. She also reported the Forester is working on the problem:of the trees on Pinewood Circle which appear to have oikiwilt. Wuori Mayor Linke stated the Council had passed a Mayor Links resolution two weeks ago honoring the Minnesota Twins for winning the American League championship, and he stated he would now like to honor them for winning the World Series. \J
