RESOLUTION I;O. 1449 CITY (IF HOUNDS VIEW CouirrY or RAI4NEY STATE Or MII;NF.S(rl'A tt.(- ,/_ RESOLUTION RE.U5`111t; I'MMIT PEES r.sTABLISIIEO 0Y RESOLUTION No. 749 WIIEREAS, Chapter 59.02 of the Municipal Cade calls for the establishment of permit fees for building work by resolution of Lite City Council; and WHEREAS, Council adopted Ilnsululiun No. 749 on duly 26, 1976, establishing such permit fees; and WIMANAS, Council desires to amend the fees established in Resolution No. 749; NOW, 'THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE[) by the Council of Lite City of Hounds View that the following revised schedules of fees shall govern the issuance of permits under authority of Chapter 59 of Line Mar..ici- pal Coder A. Minimum Fee. The minimum fee for all permits shall be S1iL3 un ess otherwise specified. B. Valuation Table. Tile following Valuation Table shall be user t—i �ona files for those permits so indicated below and in all cases where Lire work is of such a nature that Lite permit fear cannot be determined from Lire schedules established below for such work. VALUIIT1011 'TABLE $1.00 to $500.00 $10.00 for the first $50n.00 $501.00 to $2,000.00 plus $1.50 for each additional $100.00 or fraction thereof, to and Including $2,000.00 $2,001.00 to $32.50 for tine first $7.,000.00 $25,000.00 Plus $6.00 for each additional $1,000,00 or fraction thereof, to and including $25,000.00 $25,001.00 to $170.50 for the first $25,000.00 $50,000.00 plus $4.50 for cacti additional $1,000,00 or fraction thereof, to and including $50,000.00 $50,001.00 to $283.00 for the first $50,000.00 $100,000.00 plus $3.00 for each additional $1,000.00 or fraction thereof, to and including $100,000.00 $100,001.00 to $433.00 for the first $100,000.00 $500,000.00 plus $2.50 for cacti additional $1,000.00 or fraction thereof, to and including $500,000.00 $500,001.00 and up $1,680.50 for the first $500,000.00 plus $2.00 for cacti additional $1,000.00 or fraction thereof C. Plan Check Fee. Except for single family dwellings or arcessory WTdings thereto, when Lite valuation of the proposed work exceeds $1,000.00 and a plan in required to be submitted by Subsection (c) of Section 301 of the ❑ni- form Building Code, a plan check fee equal to 65 percent of the building permit fee shall be. paid.
