When a plan is required to be <br />su mitte y Subsection (c) of Section 301 of the <br />Uniform Building Code, except for single family <br />dwellings, a Plan check fee equal to 65 percent of <br />the building permit fee shall be paid. A Plan check <br />fee equal to 20 percent of the building permit fee <br />shall be paid for single family dwellings or <br />accessory uses. When plans are incomplete, or <br />changed so as to require additional plan checking, an <br />additional fee shall be paid based upon table 3A of <br />the Uniform Building Code. <br />(D) Permit Fee Schedules. The following fee schedules <br />apply to the ind-cated section of Chapter 59.03 <br />(Types of Work Requiring a Permit). <br />Subdivision 2. General Construction: <br />(1) buildings, structures, Use Valuation Table <br />footings <br />(2) excavating, grading, <br />filling <br />(3) sidewalks, driveway, <br />parking lots <br />(no surcharge) <br />$20.00 plus $2:00 per <br />1,000 square feet or <br />fraction thereof over <br />the first 1,000 square <br />feet plus 2.5 times <br />any expense for survey <br />work by the City <br />$10.00 plus $2.00 per <br />1,000 square feet or <br />fraction thereof over <br />1,000 square feet <br />
