Gar.. ���� ��. 1•� ��'��. <br />Mounds View City Council I r Ig' -CC ; ' ; <br />Regular Meeting Uk'Al* <br />" Y ��L" ,'I 11" U <br />----------------------------------------------------- <br />(� Clerk/Administrator Pauley explained there appeared to <br />be major philosophical differences between the Council <br />and Planning Commission regarding the overall development <br />of the City, and riot just Districts 6 and 12, which was <br />why the update was commissioned in the first place. <br />Councilmember Hankner expressed concern with the amount <br />of money the City would be spending for this, and she <br />stated that next week the Council would have to discuss <br />whether they want to continue with the study, and if <br />so, how to find another consultant. She added they <br />must give Staff direction on what to present at the <br />agenda session next week. <br />There was further discussion among the Council regarding <br />the need for the study, and it was agreed to discuss <br />further at the next agenda session. <br />February 9, 1987 <br />Page Four <br />---------------- <br />Attorney Meyers reported the Williams pipeline is 12. Report of <br />operating now at low pressure, and the lawsuit is Attorney <br />pending in federal court, and they hope the trial will <br />be held in the coming months. <br />Councilmember Quick had no report. 13. Reports of <br />Councilmembers: <br />Councilmember " <br />Quick <br />Councilmember Blanchard had no report. Councilmember <br />Blanchard <br />Councilmember Wuori had no report. Councilmember' <br />Wuori <br />Councilmember Hankner had no report. Councilmember <br />Hankner <br />Mayor Linke asked if the Council would be willing Mayor Linke <br />to put forth a resolution, opposing the location of <br />the court consolidation downtown. It was agreed to <br />have Clerk/Administrator Pauley draft a resolution, <br />for consideration at the next regular meeting. <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley reported Pinewood School 14. Report of <br />will be holding their annual science fair on March 12, Clerk/ <br />and they had again asked the City for help in finding Administrator <br />judges. lie asked that the Council let him know if <br />they are interested in judging. <br />
