have been working very hard and have worked evenings, holidays, <br />and weekends to try to keep up. Since January 1, 1987 <br />Dorothy Sandgren has worked 127 hours of overtime and Mary <br />Tatarek 56. I do not believe we can expect that they continue <br />those kind of hours for very much longer. I therefore <br />recommend that authorization be given to hire a temporary <br />part-time person to assist the Finance Department with the <br />computer conversion. I recommend authorization for 100 hours <br />at $6.00 per hour be granted. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Authorize staff to hire a temporary part time <br />employee for the Finance Department at a rate of $6.00/hour <br />with funds from the contingency account. <br />DB/cr <br />
