-2- <br />9. Establishes policies to ensure that all required paperwork is maintained <br />for the proper and efficient running of the aquatics program. Prepares a <br />variety of well documented reports that clearly identify existing program <br />activity and extent of participation. <br />10. Coordinates and controls facility usage for the Edgewood Community Center <br />Pool and Lakeside Park beach to include pool rentals and other special <br />Pool activities. <br />11. Initiates and controls all supPly/equipment purchases to maintain <br />existing inventorler and ensures that they are in good working condition. <br />12. Assumes other responsibilitles as apparent or assigned. <br />MINIMUM WORK QUALIFICATIONS <br />1. Two years of experience in supervision of either bearhfront or pool <br />operations. <br />2. Must have a valid W.S.I. Red Cross Certificate and Advanced Lifesaving <br />Certificate. <br />3. Four year degree from an accredited college or comparable experience: <br />Preferable In Parke and Recreation Administration. <br />4. Current Red Cross First Aid and Red Cross CPR certification. <br />5. Excellent verbal and written skills. <br />
