RESOLUTION NO. 2006 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION ASSESSING THE CITY'S COST FOR PUBLIC <br />IMPROVMENT PROJECT NO. 84-5 FOR PROPERTY KNOWN <br />AS GALE,/YOST ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, the City Council passed Resolution No. 1980 on <br />April 14, 1980; and <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 1980 assessed the City's cost for <br />Public Improvement Project No. 84-5; and <br />WHEREAS, nccording to Ramsey County, wording of the second <br />to•last paragraph in Resolution No. 1980 is not as clear as it <br />could be; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the second to the last <br />paragraph be deleted; <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the following paragraph he <br />added: <br />L BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the assessments for the <br />benefitted parcels may be made in cash without interest, <br />If paid within thirty (30) days of the adoption of this <br />resolution, or may be paid in two equal, annual <br />installments in the same time and manner as the payment of <br />realestate taxes with interest at the rate of 11 percent <br />per annum from June 24, 1906, to December 31 of the year <br />in which the first payment is payable to be added to each <br />subsequent installment. <br />Adopted this 12th day of May, 1986. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />
