LOCAL NO. 49 <br />(PUBLIC WORKS) <br />The Metropolitan Area Management Association (MAMA) <br />representing the City of Mounds View has entered into a <br />mediated Labor Agreement with I.U.O.E. Local 49 representing <br />the City's Public Works employees for the period January 1, <br />1987 through December 31, 1989. <br />The basic changes in this Agreement, copy attached, are as <br />follows: <br />1) Employer insurance contribution for 1987 is <br />increased to $175.00 per month with reopener <br />clauses for contract years 1988 and 1989. <br />2) Article XXII relating to the designation of holidays <br />has been deleted therefore making it a local issue <br />negotiated by each individual city. <br />3) A 39 increase in wages for calendar year 1987 with <br />reopeners for calendar years 1988 and 1989. <br />4) Local addendums will be open for negotiations for <br />calendar year 1987 only. No local negotiations can <br />be conducted for 1988 or 1989. <br />5) Nothing in the individual local addendums can be in <br />conflict with the Master Agreement. <br />RECUMMENVATIUN: <br />Attached is Resolution No. 2182 approving the Master Labor <br />Agreement between the Metropolitan Area Management <br />Association and I.U.U.E. Local No. 49 for the period <br />January 1, 1987 through December 31, 1989. <br />DFP/mjs <br />
