Roll Call <br />Hankner, Quick and Mayor Links. <br />ALSO PRESENT: Attorney Mark Karney and Clerk/ <br />Administrator Pauley. <br />Motion/Second: Blanchard/Wuori to approve the 4. Approval of <br />February 23, 1987 minutes as presented. Minutes: <br />Feb. 23, 1987 <br />5 ayes 0 nays <br />Motion Carried <br />Sergeant Johnson of the Police Department introduced 5. Oaths of Office. <br />the three new reserve officers, Linda Jacobson, for New Reserve <br />Joel Chilstrom and Jeffry Tholkes. Officers <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley administered the oaths <br />of office to the new reserve officers, and the <br />Council congratulated them and welcomed them. <br />There were no residents requests or comments from 6.
