Mounds View City Council <br />Regular Meeting <br />--------------------------------- <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley explained the City of Mounds <br />View has been trying to publicize this, and they have <br />had a very good response back from both other cities <br />and organizations, as well as residents. He stated the <br />Council has Staff's draft response, which is 24 pages <br />long, and asked for approval to submit it by the due <br />date of March 26. <br />Motion/Second: Quick/Blanchard to authorize the sub- <br />mittal of the response to the DOT from Mounds View. <br />4 ayes 0 nays <br />Councilmember Blanchard stated the Clerk/Administrator <br />and Staff had done a very good job, and many hours <br />were put into the response, and she hopes the DOT pays <br />some attention to it. <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley reported there are copies <br />of the advance notice available at City Hall still, <br />and residents can have their responses copies at City <br />Hall, at no charge, as three copies are required to <br />be submitted. <br />March 23, 1997 - <br />Page Pour <br />-------------- <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley reviewed the memo of <br />12. <br />March 18, 1987 from the Engineering Technician, <br />regarding the status of Judicial Ditch No. 1, Branch <br />No. 5, and asked for approval by the Council of the <br />four items requested in the memo. <br />Motion/Second: Wuori/Quick to approve the extension <br />of excavation and grading completion date on City <br />Project No. 86-6 from March 31 to April 30, 1987, and <br />payment of partial pay extimate no. 1 for $17,595.35, <br />and authorize Staff to purchase pipe and hire N.B.H. <br />Contracting at a not to excedd price of $750.00 for <br />installation of pipe, and authorize completion of <br />additional work necessary on the ditch to be <br />completed by Park Construction. <br />4 ayes 0 nays <br />Attorney Karney had no report. <br />Councilmember Blanchard had no report. <br />Councilmember Wuori had no report. <br />Motion Carried <br />Consideration <br />of staff MP o <br />Regarding <br />Status of <br />Judicial Ditch <br />No. 1, Branch <br />No. 5 <br />Motion Carried <br />13.
