A <br />11 <br />MEMO TO: MAYOR bID CITY COONCI <br />FROM: CLERK -ADMINISTRATOR( <br />DATE: MAY 7, 1987 <br />��u <br />SUBJECT: MINOR SUBDIVISION REQUEST - TED AND PAMELA <br />LAUTZENHEISER, 8121 LONG LAKE ROAD <br />PLANNING CASE NO. 205-87 <br />MARVIN KELLY, 2521 SHERWOOD ROAD <br />PLANNING CASE NO. 206-87 <br />Attached to this memorandum please find a Staff Memorandum <br />to the Planning Commission explaining the situation <br />regarding these two minor subdivision requests, copies of <br />the- applicant's planning application and their st:rveys,. The <br />Planning Commission reviewed these applications at their <br />meeting on the evening of May 6th and concurred with the <br />Staff recommendation that they should be approved in one <br />action in order to avoid the possibility of creating a land- <br />locked lot. The Planning Commission adopted Resolution No. <br />185-87 Approving the Minor Subdivision and conditioning it <br />upon the applicant's providing acceptable abstracts to the <br />City and filing those abstracts with Ramsey County. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Staff would <br />requested minor subdivisions <br />and Marvin Kelley by adopting <br />DFP/mjs <br />recommend Council approve the <br />by Ted and Pamela Lautzenheiser <br />Resolution No. 2197. <br />
