January 10, 1979 <br />Page 4 <br />�Kramer stated he does not want to delay Mr. Thorson's development <br />t does want to facilitate their own services. He asked that the Planning <br />commission delay action until their next meeting to allow more time to <br />work something out. <br />Commission Member Burmeister pointed out that sewer services are not in <br />the Planning Commission's realm but rather in the Councils, and that they <br />legallycannot <br />specified,nd ui <br />that the PlanningCummission must act on the rell the quest. <br />ante <br />uest <br />Mr. Kramer stated that it is the responsibility of the Planning Commission <br />to provide or insure the orderly development of the community. Commission <br />Member Burmeister replied that Mr. Thorson has met all the requirements <br />and that he has gbne through boththe Planning Commission and Cis) .JUncll <br />already, and the Planning Commission docan't have any ground to stand on <br />for holding him up. She recommended that the Kramers come in and see the <br />Council. <br />Official Roso pointed out that Mr. Thorson was directed by the Council <br />to create code conforming lots and service his own property if he wanted <br />to develop, and he has met those requirements.
