Call to <br />Mayor Links at'7:00 PM on Monday, April 27, 1987. Order <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was said. 2. Pledge of <br />Allegiance <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmelrbers Wuori, Hankner, Quick, 3. Roll Call <br />Blanchard and Mayor Linke. <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Meyers, Clerk/Admini- <br />strator Pauley. <br />Motion/Second: Blanchard/Quick, to approve the <br />April 13, 1987 minutes as presented. <br />1 5 ayes 0 nays <br />4. Approval of <br />Minutes: <br />April 13, 1987 <br />There were no residents requests or comments from 5 <br />the floor. <br />Finance Director Brager made a presentation of the <br />proposed insurance coverage for the City, and he <br />reviewed what the City is presently carrying. <br />Charles Clydsdale, an insurance agent, presented the <br />Council with copies of the proposal for coverage and <br />reviewed it with them. <br />Finance Director Brager explained the proposed <br />premium is approximately $10,000 under budget, and he <br />recommended the Council award the insurance coverage <br />to the McGuire Agency, pursuant to the proposal <br />submitted, in the amount of $123,339. <br />Counci.lmember Ilankner stated she was concerned that <br />the $10,000 which was saved at this point would be <br />eaten up with comparable worth and workers comp, in <br />additional premiums. <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley stated that while the <br />premiums may go up, due to salary changes And so forth, <br />he felt very strongly that they would not increase over <br />Motion Carried <br />Residents <br />Requests and <br />Comments from <br />the Floor <br />
