RESOLUTION NO. 221Ul <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEIJ <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR DAILEY KNOLLS <br />ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, Dailey Homes Incorporated has submitted a <br />preliminary plat for Dailey Knolls; and <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been reviewed and recommended for <br />approval by the Mounds View Planning Commission by adoption of <br />Resolution No. 183-87 dated May 6, 1987; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council finds the preliminary <br />plat to he consistent with the requirements of Municipal Code. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, 13E IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council approves the preliminary plat for Dailey Knolls Addition <br />and authorizes presentation of the final plat documents. <br />Adopted this 26th day of May, 1987. <br />ATTEST: <br />Mayor <br />(SEAL) _ — <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />
