AUGUST 20, 1986 <br />On Monday, August 18, 1986 and the early morning hours Tuesday, August 19, 1986 <br />the neighborhood area, which contains the establishment known as Muldoons <br />off 10, located at 2400 County Road 112, on County Road H2 between Edgewood <br />Drive and Greenfield Avenue in Mounds View, was disrupted with overflow <br />parking, as a result of the parking lot of Muldoons being full to capacity. <br />Also the obvious disorderly conduct of the patrols and the disruptive <br />behavior of employees and/or hired help of this establishment. <br />The person of authority, Patrick Conroy Jn ; Tanager of this establishment, <br />did not have control of the area or seemed to make any effort to control <br />patrons so that he did contribute to the public nusiance, in and around the <br />neighborhood, caused by the establishment. <br />If you can contribute any complaints regarding this particular night August <br />18, 1986 through August 19, 1986 early morning hours, please sign this statement <br />using yourname, address and a summary of what was observed by you at the <br />establishment, 240V County Road 112 and/or around the neighborhood area. <br />Only incidents related to this particular dates are pertinent at this time. <br />
