Discussion wit <br />the Council on April 20 that the drainage pond he and Tom Casey, <br />his neighbors had filled in was going to be put back 2816 Ardan Ave <br />in, and that part of the work has been done but he is <br />not happy with it, and he asked when the rest would be <br />done. <br />Mayor Linke explained the ditch was to be reconstructed <br />that was filled in by the home owners, and that once <br />the rework was started, it was determined that no work <br />was required in Mr. Casey's back yard, and resodding <br />was only to be*done where the rework was done. <br />
