Weatherproof outlets for water and <br />electricity must be of vandal -proof design and located on all <br />major exterior sides t❑ provide for maintenance and special <br />functions. Staff parking should include provision for plugs for <br />engine block heaters. <br />h. Plantings: Attractive landscape and ground <br />plantings should add to Elie appearance of the building. Care <br />must be taken in the proper selection in quantity and type of <br />plantings and ground cover to reduce maintenance cost and <br />problems, yet assure aesthetic appearance and attractiveness. <br />The use of rocks or other large stones or other hard materials <br />for ground cover is not acceptable.
