Recommendation <br />It is recommended that the site offered by the City of Hounds View be <br />selected as the location of the Mounds View Library contingent upon V� <br />the following: d3 <br />(a) That the site include the entire northeast corner of Highway 10 <br />M� <br />and Long Lake Road including the property now occupied by the <br />Phillips 66 station. U' <br />(b) That the site be at least 2.5 acres and include potential for <br />expansion if needed in the future. <br />(a) That the arohitect examine the site and conclude that the soil <br />conditions are acceptable and that the site is suitable for a <br />branch library in Mounds View. <br />If the northeast corner of Highway 10 and Long Lake Road is <br />unacceptable or unavailable, then the site with the next highest <br />evaluation values - the southeast corner of Highway 10 and Long Lake <br />Road - should be given consideration. <br />Norman Vinnes, Director <br />Ramsey County Public Library <br />5-6-87 <br />NVIIJ <br />i <br />
