MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 186-87 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSE.Y <br />STATE, OF MINNESOTA <br />RECOMMENDATION TO THE CITY COUNCIL REGARDING MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING <br />CASE No. 210-87, NORTHSTAR INDUSTRIAL PARK. PRELIMINARY PLAT <br />WHEREAS, Watson -Forsberg Company has requested approval of a <br />preliminary plat for the Northstar Industrial Park; and <br />WHEREAS, City Staff has reviewed the proposal and determined <br />that the preliminary plat is in compliance with all applicable <br />City Codes? and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission reviewed the <br />preliminary plat and concurred with the conclusions reached <br />during the development review process. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, DE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br />Commission recommends approval of the Northstar Industrial Park <br />Preliminary Plat. <br />Adopted this 3rd day of June, )87. <br />ATTEST: <br />Cha rrman <br />(SEAL) <br />C1ork-Administrator <br />
