The Planning <br />Commission at their meeting on June 3, 1987 adopted <br />Resolution. No. 188-87, copy attached, recommending approval <br />of the rezoning. <br />Staff in aware of the fact that the Council is familiar <br />with the background on this matter and would simply offer a <br />recommendation that Council approve the rezoning after the <br />Public Hearing which has been scheduled for the evening of <br />June 22, 1987. <br />DFP/mjs <br />
