MI <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2207 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR OVERSIZED <br />ACCESSORY BUILDING, LARRY PEARSON, 2925 TRUNK HIGHWAY 10 <br />WHEREAS, Larry Pearson, 2925 Trunk Highway 10 has requested <br />a Conditional Use Permit to allow the construction of a 400 <br />square foot storage building; and <br />WHEREAS, Mounds View Municipal Code, Chapter 40.10, <br />Subdivision C, 2, (c), provides that the maximum size of an <br />accessory building in an R-1 district shall be 216 square feet <br />unless a Conditional Use Permit is awarded by the City; and <br />WHEREAS, Mounds View Municipal Code, Chapter 40.10, Subdi- <br />vision D, (6), a. through e. provides that an accessory building <br />may be permitted up to 400 square feet once said building is a <br />permanent structure and is designed and maintained to provide a <br />uniform appearance with the principle dwelling unit; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission adopted <br />Resolution No. 189-897 on June 3, 1987 recommending approval of <br />the Conditional Use Permit as requested by Larry Pearson, 2925 <br />Trunk Highway 10. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Mounds View that a Conditional Use Permit for the <br />construction of a 400 square foot accessory building on the <br />property identified as 2925 Trunk Highway 10 is approved <br />conditioned upon the following: <br />1. The use of the building shall be limited to storage <br />of domestic supply and non -commerical recreational <br />equipment as provided for in Municipal Code Chapter <br />40.10, Subdivision C, (2). <br />2. No improved driving surface or apron shall be installed <br />to the building. <br />
