RESOLUTION NO. <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR <br />TOM THUMB, 2408 COUNTY ROAD I, MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE NO. <br />203•-87 <br />WHEREAS, Tom Thumb Food Markets, Inc. and Pump and Meter <br />Service applied for a Conditional Use Permit to install self <br />service gasoline pumps at the Tom Thumb Store located at 2408 <br />County Road I; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has determined that the <br />Conditional Use Permit is in conformance with the Municipal Code. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Mounds View that the Conditional Use Permit for <br />installation of self service gasoline pumps at the Tom Thumb <br />Store located at 2408 County Road I conditioned upon the <br />following. <br />1. All driveway and parking areas are to be surfaced with <br />concrete or bituminous material. <br />2. All lighting and signage shall be in conformance with <br />the requirements of the Municipal Code. <br />3. The perimeter of the parking lot, except where access <br />points are located, shall have a B6 curbing. <br />4. The south and east property line and other areas <br />remaining after provision of paved parking shall either <br />be landscaped or fenced in conformance with the <br />requirements of the Municipal Code, Chapter 40.04, <br />Subdivision I. <br />5. A minimum of parking spaces shall be provided. <br />6. Operating hours shall not be in excess of a.m. <br />to p.m. <br />7. Speakers located on the pumping island shall be used for <br />the clearing of pumps only. <br />B.
