�"Y� I2- <br />MEMO TO: MAYOR AND CITY COUNC <br />f� FROM: CLERK -ADMINISTRATOR <br />DATE: JULY 16, 1987 <br />SUBJECT: STORM WATER MANAGEMENT FEE STRUCTURE <br />Pursuant to the requirements of Municipal Code Chapter <br />25.05, Subdivision 2 the Storm Water Management Fee is to be <br />adjusted annually according to the change in the Engineering <br />New Record construction cost index for. the Minneapolis - <br />St. Paul area. Attached is a copy of a memorandum from <br />Mr. Dan Boxrud of Short -Elliott -Hendrickson outlining the <br />changes required to the Storm Water Management Fee based <br />on the changes in the Engineering News Record construction <br />cost index between June 1985 and June 1487. As the Storm <br />Water Management Fee was not adjusted in 1986, a two-year <br />adjustment must be made at this time and staff has prepared <br />the attached Ordinance No. 422 for your consideration <br />implementing those changes. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends adoption of Ordinance No. <br />422 Amending the Municipal Code of Mounds View by Amending <br />Chapter 25 Entitled, "Storm Water.
