Public Hearing: <br />the sixth public hearing at 8:16 PM. <br />Vacation of <br />66 Foot Road <br />Clerk/Administrator Pauley explained the City was <br />Easement, Jim <br />contacted by Ramsey County to clear up a title <br />Lund Second <br />problem for the property in question. He stated <br />Addition <br />the need for an easement no longer exists for any <br />of the five lots in question,, and Staff would <br />recommend the Council adopt the ordinance to <br />vacate the easements. <br />Mayor Linke closed the public hearing and reopened <br />the regular meeting at 8:21 PM. <br />Motion/Second: Quick/'Auori to have the first reading <br />13. Yirst Reading <br />of Ordinance No. 420, amending the Municipal Code of <br />of Ordinance <br />Mounds View by amending Chapter 41 entitled, "Specific <br />No. 420 <br />Rezonings", and waive the reading. <br />4 ayes 0 nays <br />Motion Carried <br />Motion/Second: Quick./A'uori to adopt Resolution No. 14. Consideration <br />2207, approving the conditional use permit for an of Resolution <br />oversized accessory building for Larry Pearson, No. 2207 <br />2925 Trunk Highway 10, and waive the reading. <br />4 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />
