NO. 214-87 <br />MOUNDSVIEW <br />Wolf and Associates, Inc. have submitted a proposal, you <br />have previously received copies of the plans, for the <br />development of a 3,667 square foot addition to their <br />existing structure located at 4860 Mustang Circle. Attached <br />please find a copy of Resolution No. 192-87 adopted by the <br />Planning Commission on July 1, 1987 recgmmending approval of <br />the development proposal. Also attached please find a copy <br />of Development Agreement No. 87-82 relating to this <br />development proposal. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends approval of the development proposal and <br />Development Agreement No. 87-82. <br />
