ORDINANCE NO. 423 M � 1,�- <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />r STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CIIAPTER 6 OF THE MOUNDS VIEW MUNICIPAL <br />CODE. ENTITLED, "PERSONNEL" <br />The Council of the City of Mounds View does hereby ordain: <br />SECTION I. Municipal Code Chapters 6.31, Subdivision 4 <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />6.31 COMPENSATION. <br />Subdivision 4. Overtime shall not be paid to exemt:t employees. <br />SECTION II. Municipal Code, Chapter 6.31, Subdivision 5 <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Subdivision 5.
