109 M <br />i <br />1.09.04 Revocation. very such license may be revoked <br />by I:he Council, iCter. the licensee has been given reasonable notice <br />and an opportunity to be heard, for the violation of any provision <br />of tlti.s chapter, or. for the violation of: any conditions or restrictions <br />in the motion grant.fnq the .License, or any 'motion thereafter passed <br />by Cite Council, or upon failure of the .Licensee to comply with any <br />conditions, orde.r'or direction issued by the Council. <br />109.05 penal.
