The Developer shall carry storm water away from a <br />portion of County Road H-2 along that portion of <br />frontage owned by the Developer as approved by the City <br />Engineer. <br />21. No construction shall be permitted until a final <br />1011 <br />Indirect Source Permit (ISP) is issued by Minnesotans <br />Pollution Control Agency.
