Jam/'" //� •,:., <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2269 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING EXTENSION CF A CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT FOR KUNZ OIL COMPANY, 2901 HIGHWAY 10 <br />WHEREAS, Kunz Oil Company has petitioned for an extension <br />of its conditional use permit at 2901 Highway 10 in the City of <br />Mounds View; and <br />WHEREAS, Staff and Planning Commission have reviewed the <br />redevelopment proposal and recommend approval; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the issue of <br />landscaping for the redevelopment of the Kunz gas station; and ; <br />WHEREAS, Kunz Oil Company has submitted drawings and <br />applied for a building permit thus showing intent to carry out <br />the project; and <br />WHEREAS, the project is in conformance with all with all <br />applicable Municipal Codes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, GE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br />City Council approves a conditional use permit extension valid <br />for one year from the date of approval. <br />Adopted this 14th day of December, 1987. <br />ATTEST: <br />Mayor <br />4 <br />(SEAL) <br />Clerk -Administrator <br />
